Icon Parking, the largest parking provider in New York, needed help not only attracting but also retaining a high quality staff for their 300+ locations.
Actual employees participated in a dramatic photoshoot, enabling us to develop super creative that both boosted morale among their existing workforce and highlighted the benefits of working for Icon. The campaign was applied across all HR materials, from onboarding new hires to promoting their employee referral program.
The consistency serves to reinforce the base principle: Icon believes that their employees do a lot more than just park cars, and we helped them make sure that belief is built into their culture all the way through.
