Bigbuzz President Kevin Kelly had his article Why Service Culture Leads to Improved Sales published by the American Marketing Association this month. In the article, Kelly explains that corporate culture goes beyond quirky perks like free food and weekly yoga. It is an essential part of any brand’s DNA that must be fostered from the top-down.
